By using the TWA Website, you confirm that you enter these Terms at a legal age. If you are an individual representative, partner, associate of a corporation or organization or other entity (all together referred to as the "Entity"), accessing and using this Site on behalf of the Entity, you warrant to have legal authority to bind such Entity to these Terms and Conditions. All references to and mentions of “you,”  “your” and the "User" in these Terms and Conditions will refer to both the individual using the Site and to any such Entity.

The Site is controlled and operated from the United States, and the content of the Site is not intended to be subjected to any non-U.S. jurisdiction or law. Any use of the Site is at the risk of the User. You the User must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations when accessing the Site and during using the Site. TWA reserves the right to limit the availability of the Site either in full or in part at any time, to any person, geographic location, or jurisdiction.


Rules of Website Use

  • Violate any requirement, procedure or policy governing the Site and the Site's associated servers and networks

  • Limit, restrict or inhibit any person intending to use the Site in good faith

User Account ID and Password

Some areas and contents of the Site are password protected. To access product/service data specific to your purchase, you are required to create an account to the Site. Registration to the Site requires you to create your own User ID and password as indicated on the account/login page. You are responsible for using your User ID and password in a confidential manner and to notify TWA of any misuse, suspicious activity, and/or security breach you notice/experience/identify.  



You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TWA and its employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of) your use and access of the TWA Site and Services.


Limitation of Liability 

In preparation of the TWA Website and its individual pages, we made every effort to offer current, correct, and clearly expressed information. Nevertheless, unintended errors in information may occur. The information included on our Site is subject to change and update without notice to the User.


The services, information, and data made available at the TWA Website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TWA makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition or functionality of this Site, its suitability for use, or that this web service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall TWA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

Confidentiality and Materials Made Available for Download

You agree that any non-public content of the Site made available to you is Proprietary Information that belongs to TWA. All such Proprietary Information shall be deemed Confidential between TWA and you. TWA, the provider of such materials shall be deemed the owner, except as otherwise noted in this Agreement.

Ownership of Information

The information contained on this Site is copyrighted and may not be distributed, modified, reproduced in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of TWA. Exception to this rule may be the Client of TWA that is authorized to download and store our Site content on his/her single computer for personal use.


Materials Submitted by the User

The TWA Site includes functionality to upload your Résumé and/or other employment- and career-related documents. At TWA, we consider all your submitted contents (existing/old résumés, personal and professional information, comments, and other materials) as “Submitted Materials.” You, the provider of such materials shall be deemed its owner, except as otherwise noted in this Agreement. While you retain ownership of your Submitted Materials, TWA reserves the right to create derivative works of, adapt, modify and otherwise use and exploit such Submitted Materials, in any format or media now known or hereafter developed, and for any purpose (including promotional purposes, such as testimonials). In addition, ideas, proposals, suggestions or other materials (“Feedback”) provided to us, whether related to the Site or otherwise, such Feedback will be considered Submitted Materials. You hereby acknowledge and agree that such Feedback is not confidential, and that your provision of such Feedback is gratuitous, unsolicited, and without restriction, and it does not place TWA under any fiduciary or other obligation. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the licenses granted in this section, and that your Submitted Materials, and your provision thereof through and in connection with the Site, are complete and accurate, honest, in no way in violation of any applicable law or any right of any third party. You further irrevocably waive any “moral rights” or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials regarding each Submission that you may have under any applicable law under any legal theory.

Certain information you provide to TWA via the TWA Site may also be governed by the TWA Privacy Policy, located at https://www.thewritingauthority.com/privacy-policy You warrant that any information you provide in connection with the Site is is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge, and it will remain accurate and complete as you will maintain and update such information as needed. TWA may do so but is under no obligation to screen, monitor, evaluate your Submitted Materials. In addition, TWA may remove Submitted Materials at any time for any reason.


Termination of Access

TWA may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter and or spirit of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Upon any such termination or suspension:

  • Your right to access the Site and your use of the Site will immediately cease

  • TWA may immediately deactivate or delete your user name, password, and account

  • TWA will be under no obligation to maintain or provide you with access to any materials associated with your account (including Submitted Materials), and may retain or delete such materials in the sole discretion of TWA



Links on this Site are provided solely as a convenience to you, and the provision of any such link does not constitute our endorsement of the source website or its provider, content, products, or services contained or offered therein. Your use of those websites is subject to the conditions, if any, posted by those sites. You agree that TWA is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the contents, products, services or any transmissions received through such sites. You agree that TWA bears no liability whatsoever from such third party sites and your usage of them. A limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to create hyperlinks to certain pages of our Site may be provided as long as you do not represent TWA in a derogatory, offensive, misleading or false manner. Such evaluation shall be made solely by TWA.
